Coaching is offered online and face-to-face in specific locations, including the North East of England. We offer convenient sessions to suit your availability.
Supporting You
During coaching sessions, you’ll discuss the issues you’re facing and focus on what you aim to achieve from each session. We’ll develop a plan of action and review your progress, addressing any barriers and opportunities. The coaching process includes support, discussions, exercises (either paper-based or using other tools), challenges, and refocusing. By the end of each session, you’ll have a realistic, achievable, and time-bound action plan to move forward.
Develop and Amplify Your Personal Brand
After each session, you’ll receive a brief summary of the key points discussed and a reminder of the actions you agreed to take forward. To evaluate the coaching process and identify areas for improvement, you’ll be asked to provide feedback. Occasionally, you may be given homework, such as reading a useful article or completing an exercise. Dates for the next session will also be provided for scheduling.
Also, if you would like to, there is the opportunity to be on the TALG podcast, to promote yourself as a thought leader within the local authority community.
