EMC is a consultative forum for local government in the East Midlands region of England. It represents the 40 local authorities across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, and Rutland. EMC collaborates with the LGA and serves as the regional employers’ organization.
